You will earn commissions whenever anyone visits our store via your affiliate link and makes a purchase, whether it's their first visit or six months down the road.

What kind of money can you make?

You will earn 25% commission of every sale that is referred from your affiliate link. For example, if you promote The Whole Shebang (SET-03), which sells for $499, you will earn $124.75! Not too shabby, huh? The more you promote, the more you can earn.

Here's the Scoop:

  • 25% commissions. Earn 25% of the purchase price on all orders referred through your affiliate link.
  • Unlimited earning potential! There are no caps on the amount of commissions you can earn. The more you refer and promote our products, the more you can earn.
  • No minimum sales quotas. Unlike other programs where you must meet a certain minimum quota before they pay out, we pay you every month whether you earned $5 or $500.
  • Reliable monthly payouts. You'll be paid on the 15th every month via PayPal for the previous month's commissions.
  • Referrals good for six months. Referral cookies last for six months so if someone clicks on your affiliate link today and doesn't purchase until six months later, you still earn the commissions.
  • Instant, real-time commission tracking. An email is sent to you automatically whenever you earn a commission to tell you what you've earned.

Getting Paid

  • e-Junkie is the shoppingcart service we use to manage, track and disseminate orders. Every time you earn a commission, you will be notified via email from e-Junkie.
  • PayPal is the payment processing service we use in conjunction with our shoppingcart service. You will be paid via PayPal on the 15th of each month for the previous month's commissions (from the 1st through the last day of that month).
  • Commissions are not paid on your own purchases.
  • Orders that have been refunded or cancelled do not earn any commissions.

Instructions

  1. Register for our Affiliate Program at e-Junkie.

  2. Once you register and click "submit," an email will sent to you with an activation code.

  3. Enter the activation code that was emailed to you. (If you do not receive the email, double-check your spam/junk mail folders).

  4. IMPORTANT: Enter your full first and last name in the "Your/Business Name" field as well as your PayPal email address on the next page that automatically opens (this is how you will be paid). Please also enter your business website address if you have one.

  5. Click on "Get Affiliate Code" on the next page that opens up (it's the second bullet shown).

  6. Select "Administrative Consultants Association" from the drop-down list of merchants that appear and then click on the button to "Get Affiliate Code."

  7. Select and copy the code in the yellow box under "Get Common Affiliate Hop Link" (be sure to select the whole code). This is your unique affiliate referral link.

  8. Paste the code into the HTML of your web page where you'd like it to appear. You can change the link text to say whatever you like. However, to get picked up on the search engines, it is recommend you use keyword-rich phrasing such as "Virtual Assistant Business Forms" or "Virtual Assistant Contracts."

 

Using Your Code with Graphics

You can use your affiliate link in a variety of ways:

  • Use it as-is as a text link;
  • Customize the anchor text to whatever you like; or
  • Attach it to a graphic image.

Feel free to use any of the graphic images below to attach your affiliate link to. You may also use any of the product images from the Success Store. Just right click on any image to save it to your computer. Then, once you insert an image on your website or blog, just add your affiliate url link. Simple as that! If you need a special size or format, let us know. :)

To select a graphic, simply right click on an image and click "save picture as" or "save target as" and save it to your site's image folder. (Remember that you'll need to also upload the images to your server afterward.) Next, insert the graphic onto your web page. Copy just the https:// link portion of your affiliate code like so:

Hyperlink the image with the copied code. If you are using Dreamweaver, you would select the image and paste the code into "link" property fields box. In the "alt" property fields box, type in a description (we recommend "Administrative Consultant Business Forms, Contract Templates and Business Guides"). From the box that says "target," select "_blank." This is so that the link will open in a new window and your visitors will not be taken away from your site.

Example: Properties

Voila! That's it. When your site visitors click on the graphic, you will earn commissions from site visits and sales referred by your link.

Using Your Code in Emails

If you want to your affiliate code in an email, all you have to do is select the https:// link portion of the code and paste it into the body of your email like so:

How to Earn Commissions Without Promoting Products

Perhaps you are someone who doesn't like to promote products on your site. No problem! You can still earn commissions by simply referring people to our main site url. Here's how:

  1. First, place a membership seal on your site if you haven't done so already.

  2. Next, log into your affiliate account and click on the "Get Affiliate Code" link.

  3. Select "Administrative Consultants Association" from the drop-down list of merchants that appears, then click on the button for "Get Affiliate Code."

  4. IMPORTANT: Ignore the link on this page. Instead, keep going and under the heading for "Get Product Specific Affiliate Links," click on the toggle button, scroll down to the bottom of the list and select "ACA Member Button."

  5. Once you have "ACA Member Button" selected, click on the "Get Affiliate Code" button, and there is your affiliate link for the general site.

  6. Copy just the https: link portion of the affiliate code. This particular affiliate code takes people to our main site url instead of the products page.

  7. Swap out the link in your membership seal coding with your affiliate link like this:

That's it! Now, you will earn 25% commissions on all purchases whenever someone is taken to our site in general via your membership seal and they end up purchasing something, whether it's that day or six months down the road. Pretty cool, huh?

You can also promote the ACA Client Guide and the Administrative Consultant Industry Survey and still earn commissions.

Just follow the same directions above, but instead select either ACA Client Guide or ACA Survey to get those individual affiliate links.

Promote Your Link to Earn More Moolah!

1. Place your affiliate link and graphics on your:

  • Website
  • Blog
  • Ezine

2. Post your referrals on:

  • Twitter
  • Facebook
  • Linked
  • Forums
  • Listservs

3. Tell your tribe via your:

  • Emails
  • Signature line
  • Distribution lists

4. Schedule:

  • Reminders on your calendar to do these things on a regular basis throughout the year

5. Write:

  • Testimonials and recommendations explaining exactly how the products have helped you save time, figure things out, overcome a challenge or taught you something new.
  • Business articles with your affiliate link in body and/or the call-to-action.
  • Blog posts about the products or a business topic that you can tie in with your affiliate link.
  • Create and distribute a free business report and include your affiliate link and recommendations of our products as one of the featured resources.

6. Graphics:

  • Create your own graphic ads and attach your affliate link to them.
  • Feel free to use any of our product ads and graphics as well (they can't be edited though)

7. Video!

  • Create a video testimonial for our products, upload it to YouTube and add your affiliate link first thing in the decription.
  • We highly prize video testimonials and will reward you handsomely! As an incentive to come out of your shell, we'll give you a free individual product of your choice if you submit a video testimonial. To qualify, you just need to be someone who a) has a business website and b) purchased one or some of my products and really loves them and found them helpful.
